     recently replace  my PC,faulty hard drive,now cannot access my account to down load update program, but can logon to website,says scanner not recognised was bought and registered 4 years ago,still have some months  paid updates if i can access them,

     thanks for that my fault was putting wrong id in,i can admit my mistakes.
